CORALIE LAMOUR

Assistant Director for Publications and Communication
Joined IMA June 2022
My name is Coralie Lamour, an international student from Haiti. I grew up there, where I graduated high school with a concentration in sciences. I also participated in many extra-curricular activities, such as volleyball, dance, and boxing, and worked hard to be an active community member by volunteering in literacy centers.
I attended FSW, where I graduated with an AA and AS in architectural design and construction technologies. At FSW, I was an honors scholar student and vice-president of the black student association. In addition, I held a student leader position on campus. As a peer mentor, I assisted professors with the Cornerstone course, provided educational and recreational support to incoming first-year students, developed ways to increase student engagement and development on campus, and connected students with college resources.
I will be attending Florida International University in the Fall of 2022, where I will be pursuing my bachelor's and Master's in architecture, focusing on sustainable design. My long-term goal is to implement green buildings in third-world countries such as Haiti and consequently improve their human experience.
