TESTIMONIALS:

  • "Fran has played an instrumental role in my growth over the past two and a half years of mentoring development. When I first began, I had very limited knowledge of the mentoring field. Through her consistent one-on-one feedback and thoughtful guidance, she challenged me to expand my understanding, sharpen my skills, and continuously evolve. Without her support and encouragement, I would not be at the point where I am confidently maintaining and leading the mentoring program I designed and implemented at my institute. Fran’s guidance is not only insightful and strategic but also delivered with a personal touch that makes it especially meaningful and impactful. Her mentorship has truly been transformative in my professional growth."  David Johnson, Walla Walla Community College
